摘　　要：目的近期研究显示,非编码RNA与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关,可作为预测患者预后的标志物,因此,本研究系统评估长链非编码RNA-ATB(long non-coding RNA-ATB,LncRNA ATB)表达水平与肿瘤患者预后的关系。方法通过计算机全面检索PubMed、Web of science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Medline、OVID、知网、万方和维普等数据库中,公开发表的关于LncRNA ATB表达与肿瘤患者预后的相关文献,检索截止时间为2018-09,提取相关数据后经Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入12篇研究,共1 438例肿瘤患者。Meta分析结果显示,高表达LncRNAATB与肿瘤患者低总生存期相关,HR=1.88,95%CI为1.28～2.76,P=0.001;与低无病生存期(HR=2.20,95%CI为1.18～4.10,P=0.013)及无复发生存期(HR=3.16,95%CI为1.98～5.04,P<0.001)相关。另外高表达LncRNAATB患者具有更高的淋巴结转移可能性(OR=2.19,95%CI为1.02～4.68,P=0.044)及更晚的分期,OR=2.31,95%CI为1.52～3.51,P<0.001。虽然Meta分析的结果存在统计学异质性,I2=83.3%,P<0.001;但是敏感性分析显示,Meta分析的结果是稳定的。结论 LncRNA ATB高表达与肿瘤患者预后不良相关,有可能作为判断肿瘤患者预后的潜在生物标志物。OBJECTIVE Recent studies have shown that non-coding RNA which is closely related to tumorigenesis and development can be used as a predictor of prognosis.Therefore,this study systematically evaluated the relationship between the expression of long non-coding RNA-ATB and the prognosis of tumor.METHODS Acquiring relative studies about the relationship between the expression of LncRNA ATB and the prognosis of patients with cancer by searching Pubmed,Web of science,Embase,The Cochrane Library,Medline,OVID,CNKI,Wanfang,and Weipu database.The publication time was before September 2018.We analyzed the relevant data which extracted from relative studies by Stata12.0 software.RESULTS A total of 1 438 tumor patients were included in 12 studies.Meta-analysis showed that high expression of LncRNA ATB was associated with low overall survival in patients with cancer(HR=1.88,95%CI:1.28-2.76,P=0.001),with low disease-free survival(HR=2.20,95%CI:1.18-4.10,P=0.013)and recurrence-free survival(HR=3.16,95%CI:1.98-5.04,P<0.001);patients with high expression of LncRNA ATB had higher potential of lymph node metastasis(OR=2.19,95%CI:1.02-4.68,P=0.044)and advanced stage(OR=2.31,95%CI:1.52-3.51,P<0.001).Although the results of the meta-analysis have statistically heterogeneous(I2=83.3%,P<0.001),sensitivity analysis showed that the results of the meta-analysis were stable.CONCLUSION The high expression of LncRNA ATB is associated with poor prognosis in patients with cancer,which means that LncRNA ATB may be a potential biomarker to judge the prognosis of cancer patients.
