摘  要:针对现有阳光跟踪传感器的跟踪误差大、信号连续性不好、功耗高等问题,提出了一种基于二维PSD传感器的阳光跟踪传感器,以提高用于太阳能发电的阳光跟踪光电检测系统的精度。在分析PSD机理的基础上,设计了配备遮光筒的阳光跟踪传感器,使用自制的模拟太阳光照的装置,以加偏振片等方式控制入射光强来调制传感器输出信号。实验结果表明,该传感器在不同光照强度下,当入射测量角度位于±10°内时,测量误差可以控制在0. 2°之内。在进行室外检测时,传感器的位置测量结果良好,满足实际使用需求。In view of the existing problems of large tracking error,bad signal continuity and high power consumption in the existing sunlight tracking sensors,the sunlight tracking sensor is designed based on a two-dimensional PSD sensor in order to improve the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensing system. On the basis of the analysis of the PSD mechanism,a sun tracking sensor equipped with a shading tube is designed,using the simulate sunlight device to control the intensity of incident light with a polarizer. Experimental results show that the measurement error can be controlled within 0. 2° under different light intensity and the measurement angle is within 10°. Under the outdoor verification of the sensor,its position measurement results are good and meet the actual application requirements.
