摘 要:为解决传统脱胶工艺耗水量大、污染严重等问题,利用超临界流体传质速率快的特性,结合生物酶的专一性对罗布麻韧皮纤维进行脱胶。首先分析了超临界处理温度、压力和时间对果胶酶和木聚糖酶稳定性的影响,然后对罗布麻纤维进行超临界生物酶脱胶研究,结果表明:在处理时间小于90 min,温度低于60℃时,果胶酶、木聚糖酶能够保持较高的活性,而压力对酶的稳定性影响较小;在50℃、pH为5的条件下,果胶酶、木聚糖酶质量分数分别为1%和0.6%,酶的添加方式为加10 min、停20 min的循环形式时,加入的酶量恰好能够满足脱胶的需求,并且脱胶速率快,效果好。In order to solve the problems of high water and energy consumption as well as serious environmental pollution in traditionalchemical degumming process, the degumming of apocynum buck fiber is carried out using the characteristics of supercritical fluid masstransfer rate combined with the specificity of biological enzymes. Firstly, the effects of temperature, pressure and time on the stability ofpectinase and xylanase in supercritical treatment conditions are analyzed. Then, the supercritical biological enzyme degumming of apocynumvenetum is studied. The results show that when processing time is less than 90 min and the temperature is below 60℃, the activity ofpectinase and xylanase is relatively high, and pectinase and xylanase present better heat stability in supercritical CO2 system. Whenbio-enzyme degumming is conducted under 50℃ and pH value of 5, the concentration rate of pectinase and xylanase are 1% and 0.6% respectively. Adding proper amount of enzyme using a cycle adding approach for enzyme, that is, adding enzyme for 10 min followed by astop of 20 min before the next round, the degumming features fast degumming rate and desirable degumming effect.
