摘  要:为了研究甘草多糖的体内抗氧化活性,将150只健康罗曼鸡常规饲养到13日龄,随机分为5组,除空白对照组外均用鸡新城疫Ⅳ系疫苗(Lo Sota株)进行免疫,28日龄二免;每次免疫的同时,药物组分别肌肉注射低(1 mg·mL^(-1))、中(2 mg·mL^(-1))、高(4 mg·mL^(-1)) 3个浓度的甘草多糖1 m L,免疫组和空白对照组肌肉注射等剂量生理盐水,每天1次,连续3 d,分别于首免后第7、14、21、28和35天采血,测定血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果显示:甘草多糖可以显著提高罗曼鸡的T-AOC、GSH-Px和CAT活性(P<0. 05),且以高剂量组效果最好;除第14天外,3个药物组SOD含量均显著高于对照组(P<0. 05); MDA检测结果显示,甘草多糖组MDA的含量均低于对照组,但在第14和21天,低剂量组和免疫对照组差异不明显(P>0. 05)。结果表明:甘草多糖对鸡体内抗氧化活性的提高有显著作用。To study the antioxidant activities of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide( GP),one hundred and fifty non-immune chickens( 13-dayold) were randomly divided into five groups,which were the high GP dosage group( 4 mg·mL^-1),the middle GP dosage group( 2 mg·mL^-1),the low GP dosage group( 1 mg·mL^-1),the vaccinated control( VC) group and the blank control( BC) group,respectively,with thirty chickens per group. Except the BC group,all the chickens were vaccinated with ND vaccine( La Sota train),and the vaccination was repeated when the chickens were 28 days old. At the same time of each vaccination,the vaccinated chickens were intramuscularly injected with GP at low,middle and high dosages of GP 1 m L,respectively for three consecutive days,while the VC group and BC groups were injected with physiological saline in the same manner. At D7,D14,D21,D28 and D35 after the first vaccination,the changes in serum T-AOC activity,GSH-Px,CAT activity and SOD,and MDA content were determined. The results showed that GP significantly improved the T-AOC,GSH-Px and CAT activities in the chickens( P<0. 05,with the high dosage group presenting the best effect. Except at D14,the SOD content in the three caccinated groups was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0. 05. The MDA test showed that the content of MDA in the GP group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the low dose group and the vaccinated control group at D14 and D21( P<0. 05). In conclusion,GP had a significant effect on the antioxidant activity of chickens in vivo.
