摘 要:以越橘品种"蓝丰""都克"及其正反交后代群体为试验材料,对叶片和果实性状进行调查分析,研究越橘的遗传倾向。结果表明:杂交后代叶形指数和叶面积呈变小的趋势,平均变异系数分别为7.92%和13.86%,平均遗传传递力分别为92.57%和61.15%;叶面积正交偏大遗传,遗传传递力为103.41%,超高亲率为30.77%;反交未出现超高亲植株。杂交后代果形指数有变大趋势,平均遗传传递力为103.68%,平均超高亲率为27.65%;单果重、可溶性固形物正反交遗传倾向不同,正交偏大遗传,反交偏小遗传。杂交后代叶片和果实性状均出现不同程度的变异。F1hybrid progenies of "Bluecrop" and "Duke" blueberry cultivars were used as experimental materials. Leaf and fruit traits were investigated to study genetic predisposition of blueberry. The results showed that leaf index and leaf size of F1 generation presented a decreasing trend. The average variation coefficient was 7.92% and 13.86%, respectively, and the average genetic transmitting ability was 92.57% and 61.15%, respectively. Leaf area of the orthogonal crosses tended to have larger inheritance, and the average transmitting ability and the average super-high parent rate were 103.41% and 30.77%, respectively. No plants with the phenomenon of super-high parents were observed in the reciprocal crosses. The fruit shape index of F1 generation presented a larger trend, and the average genetic transmission ability and average super-high parent rate were 103.68% and 27.65%, respectively. The single fruit weight and the soluble solids presented different genetic trends, F1 generation of the orthogonal crosses tended to have larger inheritance while that of the reciprocal crosses tended to have smaller inheritance. Leaf and fruit traits of hybrid progeny presented different degrees of variation.
