双丝型及平板孔型像质计在铸造铝合金车轮检测中的应用

摘　　要：灵敏度、分辨率是评定X射线检测结果有效性的基本指标。但是,要得到较好的图像质量,仅靠灵敏度、分辨率两个指标来衡量还不够。介绍了应用于铸造铝合金车轮的双丝型及孔型像质计的制作与选用,以及测定方法。Sensitivity and resolution are two basic indies evaluating validity of X-ray detection results. However,better image quality should not be evaluated by both sensitivity and resolution alone.The fabrication,selection and determination of the twin-wire mold and the pass imager used for casting aluminum alloy wheels were described.
