摘 要:目的探讨新型快速病理诊断技术在肺恶性肿瘤活检操作中应用的临床价值。方法选择23例支气管镜活检与25例肺穿刺活检患者,在肺活检操作中采用新型快速病理诊断技术对活检组织滚片进行细胞学初诊,依据快速病理诊断结果调整肺活检操作方案,分析新型快速病理诊断技术在肺活检操作中应用的临床价值。结果新型快速病理诊断技术开展所需空间小,无污染,诊断耗时约2~3min,不影响正常活检操作。23例支气管镜活检患者与25例肺穿刺活检患者在本技术的协助下,活检组织均满足临床医师对活检组织质与量的要求;23例支气管镜活检患者中4例(17.4%)与25例肺穿刺活检患者中7例(28.0%)均在本技术协助下再次活检达到活检要求。结论随着临床治疗方法的进展,临床医师对肺活检组织质与量的要求提高。新型快速病理诊断技术可协助提高活检组织的质与量,且成本低,适宜在各级医院推广施行。Objective To explore the clinical value of new rapid pathological diagnosis technology in the biopsy operation of lung malignancy. Methods 23 patients with bronchoscopic biopsy and 25 patients with lung biopsy were selected.In the lung biopsy operation, a new type of rapid pathological diagnosis technology was used to perform cytological initial diagnosis of the biopsy tissue.According to the results of rapid pathological diagnosis of lung biopsy operation, the clinical value of new rapid pathological diagnosis technology was analyzed in the biopsy operation of lung malignancy. Results The new rapid pathological diagnosis technology required little space and no pollution.The diagnosis taked about 2-3 minutes and did not affect the normal biopsy operation.Under the assistance of this technique, the biopsy tissues met the clinician′s requirements for the quality and quantity of the biopsy.Four of the 23 bronchoscopic biopsy patients (17.4%) and seven of 25 lung biopsy patients (28.0%) were biopsied again with the help of this technique to achieve biopsy requirements. Conclusions With the progress of clinical treatment methods, clinicians have increased the requirements for the quality and quantity of lung biopsy tissues.The new rapid pathological diagnosis technology can improve the quality and quantity of biopsy tissues and reduce cost, which is suitable for promotion and implementation in all levels of hospitals.
