摘　　要：工程类专业实践教学环节的培养方案需适应市场需求,通过校企联合组建"多成员导师制"的教学组织形式,共同制定实验内容和教学大纲,指导学生完成实验类、实习类实践环节的训练。通过专业课教师和思政课教师组建"多成员导师制",共同提炼专业理论中蕴含的马克思主义哲学原理,制定课程设计和毕业设计大纲,指导学生完成设计类实践环节的训练,推动工程类本科生通过专业实践掌握科学合理的哲学观和方法论,并较好地适应就业岗位。The training program of practical teaching of engineering majors should adapt to the market demand, build the teaching organization form of"multi-member tutor system"through the combination of school and enterprise, jointly formulate the experimental content and syllabus, to guide students to complete the training of experiment and practice."Multi-member tutor system"is formed by the professional teachers as wen as ideological and political teachers, the principles of Marxist philosophy contained in professional theories are refined. The curriculum and graduation design outline are formulated, and students are guided to complete the training of design practice. It will promote engineering undergraduates to master scientific and rational philosophical views and methodology through professional practice, and better adapt to employment.
