摘  要:大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程的目的在于激发大学生生涯规划的自主意识,引导其树立正确的就业观,促使其理性地规划自身未来的发展。因此,"重引导、重参与、重体验"应该成为就业指导课程的基本要求和发展目标。学校要转变观念,将学生作为教学过程的主体,通过合理使用互动式教学方法来增加师生间的交流,引导学生真正参与到教学过程中,进而挖掘学生的内在潜能,提高课程的实效性。The purpose of career planning and employment guidance courses for college students is to stimulate their independent consciousness of career planning, guide them to set up a correct view of employment, and promote their rational planning of their future development. Therefore, the"emphasis on guidance, participation and experience"should become the basic requirements and development goals of the career guidance courses. Schools should change their ideas, regard students as the subject of the teaching process, increase the communication between teachers and students through the rational use of interactive teaching methods, guide students to really participate in the teaching process, and then tap students’ inherent potential, to improve the effectiveness of the curriculum.
