镁合金表面处理对镁合金-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂叠层板界面性能的影响  被引量:8

摘  要:研究了AZ31B镁合金经高锰酸盐-磷酸盐改性处理后的表面形貌、润湿性及镁合金-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂叠层板的界面粘接性能和力学性能。结果表明,AZ31B镁合金表面经高锰酸盐-磷酸盐改性处理5min后形成的转化膜为致密的网状单层膜,此时镁合金的面自由能达到最大值,值为92.04 m J/m2,比仅打磨处理的镁合金提高了64.6%左右,镁合金的表面润湿性得到极大的改善。与仅打磨处理的镁合金制备的镁合金-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂叠层板相比,镁合金经高锰酸盐-磷酸盐改性处理后制备的叠层板的结合界面更为致密、均匀。仅打磨处理的叠层板和高锰酸盐-磷酸盐改性处理的叠层板的抗拉强度分别为284.2 MPa和298.3 MPa,分别比AZ31B镁合金板提高了23%和29.1%。The surface morphology, wettability of AZ31 B magnesium alloy modified by permanganate phosphate and interfacial adhesion and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy glass fiber/expoxy resin laminate were studied. The results show that, the conversion film formed on the surface of AZ31 B magnesium alloy modified with permanganate phosphate for5 min is a dense reticular monolayer film, and the surface free energy of magnesium alloy reaches the maximum value, of92.04 m J/m^2, which is about 64.6% higher than that of magnesium alloy by only polished. The surface wettability of magnesium alloys has been greatly improved. Compared with the laminate based on abraded-only magnesium, the laminate based on permanganate-phosphating treated magnesium is more compact and uniform. The tensile strength of laminated plate treated only by grinding and modified by permanganate-phosphate is 284.2 MPa and 298.3 MPa, respectively, which is 23%and 29.1% higher than that of AZ31 B magnesium alloy plate, respectively.
