摘 要:利用高温激光共聚焦显微镜研究了含V高碳钢SWRS87B-T在不同加热温度与保温时间下奥氏体晶粒的长大规律,并建立了奥氏体晶粒长大预测模型。结果表明,奥氏体晶粒尺寸随着加热温度的升高呈指数规律长大,且在温度超过1050℃时,奥氏体晶粒开始粗化。奥氏体晶粒长大随着保温时间的延长呈近似抛物线规律,保温时间低于30min时晶粒长大较快,随着保温时间的延长,晶粒长大速度逐渐趋于平缓。建立了奥氏体晶粒长大预测模型,预测值与实测结果吻合较好。The austenitic grain growth of high carbon steel containing V SWRS87B-T at different heating temperature and holding time was studied by high temperature confocal laser microscope. The prediction model of austenite grain growth was established. The results show that, the austenite grain size increases exponentially with the increase of heating temperature. The austenite grain coarsens when the temperature is above 1050 ℃. The austenitic grain growth is approximately parabolic with the prolongation of the holding time. When the holding time is less than 30 min, the grain grows faster. With the prolongation of the holding time, the grain growth rate tends to be more smooth. The prediction model of austenite grain growth is established, and the predicted value is in good agreement with the measured results.
