摘 要:采用有限元分析法与实验相结合的方式分析了五种不同进给冲头长度对内高压成形并列双支管高度与壁厚分布的影响。结果表明:随着冲头长度的增加,支管高度提高,支管顶部管壁壁厚增大,支管顶部壁厚减薄量逐渐减小。有限元分析结果与实验结果基本一致。The influences of the length of five different feed punches on the distribution of branch tube height and wall thickness of internal high pressure forming parallel double-branch tubes were analyzed by means of the combination of finite element analysis and experiment. The results shows that with the increase of the punch length, the height of branch tube increases, and the wall thickness of the top of the branch pipeincreases, and the minimum thinning rate of the top wall thickness of the branch tube decreases gradually. The finite element analysis results are consistent with the experimental results.
