小儿三种肾穿刺方法成功率及并发症的比较

摘　　要：目的　比较用双人法 (国产Menghini型负压式肾穿刺针 )、双手法 (半自动新型负压肾穿装置 )和单手法 (自动同步负压肾穿装置 )小儿肾穿刺的成功率及并发症。方法　采用双人法、双手法及单手法分别进行小儿肾穿刺 69例 (A组 )、97例 (B组 )、96例 (C组 )。结果　三组肾穿刺的成功率分别为 94 2 %、93 8%、10 0 % ,A ,B两组均低于C组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,A ,B两组相比无显著性差异(P >0 0 5 )。肉眼血尿发生率分别为 2 9 0 %、15 5 %、4 2 % ,A ,B两组均高于C组 (P <0 0 1) ,A ,B两组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　小儿单手法肾穿刺成功率高。Objective To compare the success rate and complications of percutaneous renal biopsies in children with two person method by using Menghinin needle made in China,double handed method by using semi automatic minus pressure renal biopsy apparatus and single handed method by using automatic synchronized minus pressure renal biopsy apparatus.Methods Sixty nine children(Group A)accepted percutaneous renal biopsy with two person mehod and 97(Group B)with double handed method and 96(Group C)with single handed method.Results The success rate of Group A was 94 2%, Group B 93 8% and Growp C 100%.The success rate of Group A and Group B was lower than that of Group C ( P <0 05) and there was no significant difference between the success rate of Group A and Group B( P >0 05). The rate of gross hematuria of Group A was 29 0% and Group B 15 5% and Group C 4 2%.The rate of gross hematuria of each Group A and Group B was higher than that of Group C ( P <0 01) and there wasn't significantly different between the rate of gross hematuria of Group A and Group B( P >0 05).Conclusion The success rate is higher and the rate of gross hematuria is lower in children with percutaneous renal biopsy with single handed method by using automatic synchronized minus pressure renal biopsy apparatus.
