摘　　要：目的:总结腹壁韧带样瘤的外科治疗经验。方法:11例腹壁韧带样瘤的患者,采用肿瘤广泛切除,Dacron补片修补。结果:11例手术治愈,无手术死亡、严重并发症和术后肿瘤复发。结论:腹壁韧带样瘤需行广泛切除,用人造材料修补腹壁缺损。这种手术方法简单,安全有效,可减少术后肿瘤复发的机会。: To review the experience of surgical management of abdominal desmoid tumor. Methods: From 1977 to 1999, 11 patients with abdominal desmoid tumor underwent surgical treatment. There were 11 females with a mean age of 43 years (range 26 to 72 years). Surgical procedures included radical resection of the tumors with Dacron graft patching. Results: There were no operation deaths and severe postoperative complications. All patients recovered smoothly. During the mean follow - up of 2 years (range 3 months to 5 years), there was no tumor recurrence. Conclusion: Thorough surgical resection of abdominal desmoid tumor with Dacron graft patching is a safe, easy and effective method.
