脉冲电离子治疗口腔溃疡的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　为了探讨口腔溃疡的治疗方法 ,采用动物口腔粘膜溃疡模型作为实验对象。方法　用不同脉宽即 5 0Hz、 10 0Hz、 15 0Hz的电离子脉冲治疗口腔溃疡。结果　经过多个样本均数比较对结果进行统计学分析 ,5 0Hz、 10 0Hz输出量与对照组间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,15 0Hz组与对照组之间差异不显著。结论　采用5 0Hz脉冲治疗口腔溃疡即有效 ,而 10 0Hz和 15 0Hz对溃疡烧灼深度都较深 ,所以不宜采用 ,5 0Hz已达到促进溃疡愈合的目的。Objective To evaluate the methods of curing the oral uecer by using the ulcer on the animal oral musoca as the model Methods Different, 50Hz,100Hzand 150Hz,were used to cure the oral ulcer. Results The comparison between aftar samples'averages was taken to analyze the results by the statistical method The difference between the 50Hz output and the 100Hz, output and that of control group was more remarkabk,( P <0 05).While output of 150Hz that of the cortrol group had no statistical difference. Conclusion These data confirm that the use of 50Hz output and 100Hz output results in a significant recovery in the oral ulcer, while 100Hz output and 150Hz output should not be used to avoid a deep uleerous injury The oral ulcer can be cured by using 50Hz output
