三氧化二砷对腹腔荷瘤裸鼠的抗恶病质效应

摘　　要：目的 :研究三氧化二砷 ( As2 O3)对腹腔荷瘤裸鼠的抗恶病质效应。 方法 :观察癌症恶病质裸鼠 As2 O3治疗后生理状况 (体质量、摄食量等 )的改变以及与癌症恶病质相关的血清细胞因子 TNF- α及 IL- 1的水平变化。 结果 :与生理盐水及顺铂化疗组荷瘤裸鼠相比 ,As2 O3治疗组癌症恶病质鼠体质量的下降明显受到抑制、摄食量增加、精神状态改善、血清细胞因子TNF- α及 IL- 1的水平也明显下降。结论 :As2 O3对腹腔荷瘤裸鼠具有抗恶病质效应 ,其作用机制可能与血清细胞因子 TNF- α及 IL-Objective: To study the effect of As 2O 3 on cancer cachexia in nude mice with colorectal cancer metastasis to abdominal cavity. Methods: Observations were made on the improvement of physiological conditions(body mass, food intake, etc. )of the cachectic nude mice after treatment of As 2O 3,and the serum levels of TNF α and IL 1 were assayed by ELISA method. Results: Compared with saline group and cisplatin group, administration of As 2O 3 significantly inhibited the loss of body mass, increased food intake, improved mental condition, and declined the serum level of TNF α and IL 1. Conclusion: As 2O 3 has effect on cancer cachexia in nude mice, its mechanism may be associated with the decrease of the TNF α and IL 1 level.
