摘　　要：随着多媒体技术的不断发展 ,使得网络环境下的多媒体教学得以实现。网络多媒体教学不仅可提高教学效率和效果 ,而且将改变现有以教师为中心的教学模式 ,它必将成为传统教学的一种重要补充形式而被广泛应用。本文通过介绍WindowsMedia技术的特点、功能及组成 。With the multimedia technnology unceasing development,multimedia teaching under the network envinronment is able to realize.The network multimedia teaching may not only enhance the teaching efficiency and the effect, but will change current teaching pattern taking the teacher as the cener. It will certainly become one kind of important supplement form to the traditionalteaching and is widely applieds, This article introduces firstly the Windows Media technology's characteristic,functions and composition,then shows how the Windows media technology realizes network multimedia teaching system in the campus network.
