摘　　要：介绍了壳聚糖及其衍生物在医药、固定化酶、膜材料、螯合树脂、纺织印染、化工环保、食品等方面的应用研究成果．这些成果表明，壳聚糖及其衍生物具有独特的性能和功效，是一具有广泛发展前景的新材料．This paper reviews applied research achievements of chitosan and its derivatives in medicine, immobilized enzyme, membranous materials, coordination resin, textiles, environment protection, food and so on. The results indicate that chitosan and its derivatives have special properties and effects. Thus, chitosan and its derivatives have a bright future of wide development as new materials.
