摘　　要：分析了 2 5例肾脏肿瘤的超声表现 ,超声能准确的诊断肾脏肿瘤 ,但在临床工作中有三分之一的患者 ,是在无意中发现 ,所以在做腹部超声常规检查中 ,要包括肾脏。另外要注意各种肾脏占位性病变的鉴别诊断。Abstract:Ultrasonic manifestation of kidney tumor in 25 patients were analyzed in this study. Kidney tumor can be accurately diagnosed by the use of ultrason ography, one third of patients not suspected of having a kidney tumor were found positive as a result of ultrasonography. Routine abdominal ultrasonographic e xaminations have been found to be beneficial in spotting kidney problems in early patients and therefore should be made a part of the routine examination. Attention should be paid to the differential diagnosis of various space occupying lesions in the kidneys.
