肝素抑制儿童白内障术后炎症反应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：评价肝素液在先天性白内障人工晶体植入术中应用，对术后人工晶体前膜、后囊混浊的影响．方法：术毕前将浓度为 ２０Ｕ／ｍｌ肝素乳酸 Ｒｉｎｇｅｒ液冲洗前房，手术结束时应用乳酸 Ｒｉｎｇｅｒ液灌吸前房，将残留的肝素吸出，时照组用相同液灌吸前房．结果：对照组反应性色素膜炎、人工晶体表面颗粒状纤维蛋白沉积、纤维蛋白膜、术后三月后囊混浊等均高于实验组．结论：肝素对儿童白内障术后炎症反应，人工晶体前膜及后囊混浊有明显的抑制作用．Objective: To evaluate the effect of heparin for the anterior membrane and opacity of posterior capsules in the artificial lens inserted operation of congenital cataract. Methods: The anterior chamber was washed with heparin lactic acid ringer before the end of operation and lactic acid was irrigated into anterior chamber at end of operation in order to absorb the remained heparin in experimental group. The same solution was irrigated anterior chamber in control group. Results: The reactive pigment inflammation, deposited grainy fiber protein on the surface of the artificial lens, fiber protein membrane and posterior capsule opacity three months after operation in control group were higher than those in test group. Conclusion: Heparin might inhibit inflammatory reaction as well as opacity of anterior membrane and posterior capsule obviously after congenital cataract operation.
