摘　　要：论述以期刊编辑出版为基础,期刊管理为中介,期刊利用为目的的期刊生产者、管理者、利用者整体联系、相互扶持的期刊信息资源综合开发战略,探讨网络环境下期刊信息资源建设中应把握好的几种关系和应着重解决的问题。Discusses the comprehensive development of periodical information resources integrated and supported mutually by producers, managers and users of periodicals and probes into the relationship in the construction of periodical information resources under the network environment, and the issues which should be solved emphatically.
