摘　　要：TOPSwitch-GX器件是一种PWM/MOSFET二合一的新型集成芯片,它采用与TOPSwilch相同的电路,扩展了TOPSwitch系列的功率范围,还集成了多项新功能,介绍了一种用TOP249Y设计的封闭式电源,使用了TOPSwitch-GX的线路检测功能和外部限流功能,设计新颖,具有一定的实用性。TOPSwitch-GX device is a new type IC merging PWM and MOSFET into one. It uses the same circuit as TOP-Switch, expands the power range of TOPSwitch device and integrates many new functions. A kind of closed power supply made of TOP249Y is introduced, the line sense function and external current limit function of TOPSwitoh-GX are used. This design is novel and has some practical value.
