射频自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤30例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨射频自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法 :对经射频治疗的 30例子宫肌瘤患者进行随访及回顾性分析。结果 :30例患者中 ,治愈 2例 ,治愈率 6 .6 7% ;显效 15例 ,显效率 5 0 % ;好转 13例 ,好转率 4 3.33% ;总有效率 10 0 %。结论 :射频自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效 ,操作简单 。Objective: To observe the effect of the radio frequency electronic knife(RFEK) for uterine leiomyoma. Methods: 30 women with uterine leiomyoma treated by RFEK were followed up. The effect of this treatment were analysed retrospectively. Results: In 30 cases, the total efficacy rate was 100%;the cure rate was 6.67%(2/30);the size of leiomyoma decreased more than 20% in 50%(15/30) women and the size of leiomyoma decreased less than 20% in 43.33%(13/30) women . Conclusion: RFEK is an effective, simple and safe operation to treat uterine leiomyoma.
