摘　　要：知识时代,人类越来越依赖于网络资源,人类的合作关系越来越紧密。基于元数据的描述与互操作正成为组织、交互网络资源的一种有效技术。通过对比数据结构,研究了元数据的本质与特点。介绍了都柏林核心元数据和修饰元数据。研究了资源描述框架RDF的数据模型和互操作特征。通过实例比较了都柏林元数据的HTML和RDF描述。最后介绍了基于CDF、PICS、OSD/DRP、DSig和EC/EDI等的信息资源交换方式。In the trend of knowledge times,people depend on the internet resources more and more,the cooperation re-lation among people is ever-increasing.The description and interoperability based on the metadata is developing into an efficient technology for organizing and spreading the network resources.Compared with the data structure,the essences and characters of metadata are researched.The Dublin core metadata and qualified metadata are introduced.The schema and interoperability of resource description frame (RDF)are studied.The difference description of Dublin metadata based on HTML and RDF are compared with the use of examples.In the end,the information exchanging methods based on CDF,PICS,OSD/DPR,DSig and EC/EDI are analyzed.
