摘　　要：敏捷供需链是为适应市场激烈竞争而组成的上下游企业间的动态联盟。业务过程的有效管理对于敏捷供需链的优势发挥及其重要。工作流技术是业务过程优化管理的有效方法,但敏捷供需链动态性、分布式的环境对工作流技术的实现机制提出了柔性要求。文章从工作流技术的思想出发,提出了敏捷供需链中业务过程的优化管理体系结构和执行机制,该方案可以有效地适应敏捷供需链的运作。Adapt to the vehement competition,Agile Supply Chain(ASC)becomes an effective approach that supports dynamic enterprise alliance.An efficient process management is very crucial for the effective operating of ASC.Being put into practice by workflow management system is a good methodology for the process management.But as ASC is dy-namic and distributed,the realization of process management needs to be much flexible.Based on the technology of workflow,the paper attempts to suggest an optimized structure and execution mechanism for the process management ,which will be the effective operating pattern of ASC.
