摘  要:目的 :兔颈动静脉直接吻合 ,造成颅内静脉窦高压 ,诱发硬脑膜动静脉瘘 (DAVF) ;肌肉注射性激素观察其与DAVF形成的相关性。方法 :成年兔 80只 ,分为 6组 :A组 ,假手术组 ;B组 ,单纯结扎组 ;C组 ,颈外静脉 颈总动脉吻合组 ;D组 ,颈内静脉 颈总动脉吻合组 ;E组 ,雌激素注射组 ;F组 ,雄激素注射组。结果 :C组、D组分别有 4只和 1只动物出现阳性体征。结论 :颈动静脉手术吻合 ,可诱发DAVF ;肌肉注射性激素 ,短期不能诱发DAVF。Aim: This study is mainly about the relationship between venous hypertension or sex hormone and DAVF through the direct anastomosis or hormone injection.Methods:Eighty adult rabbits were used for this study. Group A: Sham operated group. Group B: Simple ligation group. Group C: AVF I group, the right external jugular vein was anastomosed to the collateral common carotid artery in an end to side fashion. Group D: AVF Ⅱ group, the same operation was performed as Group C except that the right internal jugular vein was anastomosed to the collateral common carotid artery in an end to side fashion. Group E and F, estrogen or androgen was used through deep muscle injection. Results: New acquired AVF developed four (20 0%) in Group C, and one (5 0%) in Group D. Conclusion:DAVF can be obtained through direct anastomosis between the vein and the artery in the neck, and it can not be induced by simply injection of estrogen or androgen in short time.
