摘　　要：目的　研究 p2 7KIP1在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法　采用免疫组化SP法检测 5 6例胃癌中p2 7KIP1蛋白的表达状态。结果　p2 7KIP1蛋白在胃癌中的阳性率为 4 6.4 %。p2 7KIP1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　p2 7KIP1蛋白低表达参与了胃癌的进展 。Objective\ To study the relationship between the expression of p27\+\{KIP1\} and clinicopathological parameters in gastric carcinoma. Methods\ Fifty six cases of gastric carcinoma were detected by using immunohistochemical SP technique. Results The positive rate of p27\+\{KIP1\} was 46.4% in gastric carcinoma. Expression of p27\+\{KIP1\} was significantly related to the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion Reduced expression of p27\+\{KIP1\} protein was involved in the progression of gastric carcinoma and may predict prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
