摘　　要：比较了两层和层结构应用系统的优缺点,讨论了开发层结构应用系统的方法,并将该方法在燃煤管理信息系统中进行了具体实33现,证明了该方法的可行性。This paper mainly compares the advantages and shortages of a two-tier application and a three-tier application. It discusses how to development a three-tier application and uses the technology to the specific implementation on power plant's coal mangament information system,it also proves the feasibility of this method.
