膀胱移行细胞癌中细胞凋亡、P^(27)及PCNA的表达

摘  要:为探讨细胞凋亡、P2 7及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)表达与膀胱移行细胞癌 (简称膀胱癌 )分级、分期及预后的关系 ,采用 DNA末端标记法 (TU NEL)和免疫组化法检测 5 3例份膀胱癌组织中细胞凋亡指数 (AI)、P2 7标记指数 (P2 7L I)、PCNA标记指数 (PCNAL I)。结果显示 ,AI、P2 7L I与 PCNAL I在膀胱癌不同分级之间差异有显著性 ,PCNAL I在膀胱癌不同分期之间差异有显著性 ,而 AI与 P2 7L I在 T2 、T3间差异有显著性 ,P均 <0 .0 5。在复发的膀胱癌中 AI、PCNAL I显著高于未复发者 ,P2 7L I显著低于未复发者。表明 AI、P2 7L I、PCNALTo study the correlation between biological behavior of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and apoptosis, expression of P 27 and PCNA.AI, P 27 LI, PCNALI were detected by means of TUNEL and SABC immunohistochemical technique. AI, PCNALI elevated and P 27 LI decreased respectively with tumor grades and stages, statistical differences were observed between G 1 and G 2,G 2 and G 3 in AI, P 27 LI or PCNALI , between T 1 and T 2, T 2 and T 3 in PCNALI, and between T 2 and T 3 in AI, P 27 LI. In recurrent tumors AI and PCNALI were higher and P 27 were lower than those in non recurrent tumors. This suggest that AI, P 27 LI and PCNALI are valuable in biological activities of bladder cancer.
