颌面部血管瘤VEGF及其受体的表达及意义

摘　　要：为探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及其受体 (VEGFR/ KDR)在颌面部血管瘤发生、发展中的作用 ,采用二步 En Vision免疫组织化学方法 ,分别检测 11例血管瘤 (HA)和 8例血管畸形 (VM)组织中 VEGF和VEGFR/ KDR的表达 ;同时采用原位杂交 Gene Point法检测 VEGF m RNA的表达。结果显示 ,VEGF和VEGFR/ KDR在 HA中高表达 ,而在 VM中低表达 ,两者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;VEGF和 VEGF m RNA在血管瘤细胞及周围间质细胞明显表达 ,VEGFR/ KDR主要表达于 HA中内皮细胞膜上。提示 VEGF可通过自分泌和旁分泌的形式影响 HA内皮细胞的增殖 ,可能与 HA发生。To investigate the correlation between expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR/KDR) and pathogenesis of hemangiomas.VEGF and KDR were examined respectively in tissue sections from 11 cases with hemangiomas and 8 cases with vascularmlformations by the EnVision immumohistochemistry, VEGFmRNA was examined by in situ hybridization in those tissue.Results showed that the expressions of VEGF and KDR in hemangiomas were higher than that of in vascularmlformations, VEGF and VEGF mRNA were expressed mainly on endothelial cells and pericytes of hemangiomas,KDR was expressed on endothelial cells.This suggests that there is potential role between expressions of VEGF and its receptor with the pathogenesis and regression of maxillofacial hemangiomas.
