摘 要:在不同饲料蛋白质水平 (2 8% ,32 % ,36 % )条件下 ,于饲料中分别添加 0 ,5 0 ,10 0 ,15 0 ,2 0 0 ,2 5 0mg/kgL 肉碱 ,研究其对鲤鱼 (CyprinuscarpioL )生长和肌肉营养成分的影响。结果表明 :试验期末添加15 0mg/kgL 肉碱处理组鲤鱼体重最大 ;低蛋白水平饲料添加L 肉碱后鲤鱼增重率最大。肌肉粗蛋白质含量相对增加了 3 13% ,肌肉粗脂肪含量相对降低了 11 4 5 % ,与对照组相比差异极显著。在不同饲料蛋白质含量条件下 ,添加外源性L 肉碱可明显促进鲤鱼的生长 ,改善肉质质量。在较低蛋白质含量饲料中添加一定量L 肉碱 。Growth and muscle composition of Cyprinus carpio L. fed diets with three levels of protein (28%, 32% and 36%) supplemented with L carnitine at 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 mg/kg were investigated. In each level of protein, the final body weights were biggest for fish when the diets were supplemented with 150?mg/kg of L carnitine. L carnitine significantly stimulated the growth of fish fed low protein diets. L carnitine supplementation increased the average muscle protein contents by 3.13% and reduced muscle fat content by 11.45% compared with control groups. These results suggest that L carnitine supplementation can improve the growth rate and muscle composition of juvenile common carp at different levels of dietary protein. And the growth rate and muscle composition can be comparable when carp is fed a low protein diet with inclusion of certain levels of L carnitine with when carp is fed a high protein diet.
