摘  要:在青干草日粮条件下 ,以 3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的本地山羊为试验动物 ,研究去除瘤胃厌氧真菌对山羊瘤胃消化代谢的影响。结果表明 :去除瘤胃厌氧真菌后 ,瘤胃中的氨氮浓度显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,微生物蛋白浓度显著上升(P <0 0 5 ) ,瘤胃总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著下降 (P<0 0 5 ) ,脂肪酸组成中 ,乙酸比例显著下降 (P<0 0 5 ) ,丙酸比例显著上升 (P <0 0 5 ) ,丁酸比例无显著变化 (P >0 10 )。酶活性测定结果表明 ,瘤胃内羧甲基纤维素酶活力显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,稻草片段的消失率也显著下降 (P <0 0 5 )。在此基础上 ,1# 、 2 # 羊引入瘤胃厌氧真菌后 ,氨氮浓度、稻草片段的消失率、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度及羧甲基纤维素酶活力皆有所回升 。Three goats with permanent rumen fistulae,fed with hay,were used and the rumen fungi were eliminated using chlated acetate.Mixed rumen fungi were then introduced into rumen by injection to investigate the influence of anaerobic fungi on metabolism and digestibility of rumen.The results showed that the ammonia concentration in the rumen fluid decreased greatly(P<0 05)after removal of anaerobic fungi,while the microbial protein increased significantly(P<0 05).The total VFA concentration decreased(P<0 05),of which the proportion of acetate decreased and propionate increased,while no significant change was observed for that of butyrate.The concentration of MCP microbial protein increased significantly(P<0 05).However,the dry matter loss decreased significantly(P<0 05).After the introduction of anaerobic fungi into the rumen,the concentrations of ammonia and the total violatile fatty acid,the activity of CMCase activity,and the dry matter loss of straw particular went up,while the concentration of microbial protein decreased.
