小儿氨基酸溶液5%普利美临床应用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨小儿专用氨基酸溶液 5 %普利美 (Primene)外科临床应用效果。　方法 :收集我院 1999年 8月至2 0 0 0年 12月共 2 3例因消化道等疾病需肠外营养支持的小儿外科病人 ,年龄≤ 6岁 ,男 13例 ,女 10例。均以All in One方式进行肠外营养支持 7天 ,支持前后均查肝肾功能、前白蛋白及测定血清氨基酸谱。　结果 :2 3例病儿无一例发生与肠外营养相关的并发症 ,体重基本维持 ,支持前后肝肾功能无明显异常 ,白蛋白、前白蛋白维持原水平或有所增加。血清氨基酸谱示 :17种氨基酸不同程度升高 ,其中丝氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸和赖氨酸升高明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论 :5Objectives:To evaluate the safety and efficiency of a paediatric amino acid solution(5%Premene ○R ) in paediatric parenteral nutrition. Methods:Twenty three patients were administered total parenteral nutrition(TPN) because of gastrointestinal diseases in affiliated hospital from August 1999 to December 2000,aged 7 day to 6 years old.The patietns were administered TPN by 'All in One'.All patients were monitored in liver and renal functions, the serum prealbumin level and the serum amino acid profiles before and after receiving total parenteral nutrition. Results:Complications associated with parenteral nutrition were not found during clinical trial in this group.Average body weight of children was maintained.Liver and renal functions were normal.The average plasma albumin and prealbumin were unchanged.The serum amino acid profiles showed that 17 amino acids increased after parenteral nutrition.Serine,glycine,alanine and lysine increased significantly( P <0.05). Conculsions:The clinical use of 5%Premene ○R is safe and efficient in paediatric patients.
