摘　　要：目的　报告 2 4个病灶 (15例 )肝癌微波治疗后血流显像的变化。方法　应用PDI及能量造影检测治疗前后血流显像的变化。结果　治疗后 2 4个病灶中 ,19个病灶瘤内和 (或 )瘤旁血流消失 ,5个病灶血流减少 ;治疗前 2 4个病灶瘤旁均显示血流 ,治疗后 2 0个病灶瘤旁血流消失 ;13个病灶 (直径 <2 5cm)全部血流消失。血流减少或消失与AFP、CEA水平下降相一致。Objective The hemodymamic changes in 24 lessions (15 cases) of hepatic cancer treated by microwave coagulation were evaluated. Methods The hemodynamaic changes in 24 lessions of hepatic cancer treated by microwave coagulation were detected by PDI and contrast enhanced power Doppler.Results PDI and contrast enhanced power Doppler showed: Bloodflow of both inside and around lessions disappeared in 19 lessions and reduced in 5 lessions after treatment.The bloodflow around lessions was showed in all lessions before treatment and disappeared in 20 lessions after that; Entire bloodflow of 13 lessions (Diameter<2 5 cm) disappeared.Reduction and disappearance of the bolldflow corresponded to the decline of AFP and CEA level.Conclusions It is concluded that PDI and contrast enhanced power Doppler are useful to monitor the hemodynamic changer of hepatic cancer before and after microwave coagulation and to evaluate the curative effect.
