中西医结合治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻

摘　　要：目的　讨论中西医结合治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的机理。方法　 17例患者给予消炎松解汤由胃肠减压管内注入 ,结合抗炎、肠外营养等支持治疗。结果　本组 17例患者全部治愈 ,腹痛缓解时间 3h～ 2 d,临床治疗时间3～ 7d,平均 4 .5 d。治疗时间均少于国内外报道。结论　消炎松解汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻有标本兼治作用 ,治疗时间短、见效快、费用低 。Objective To study the mechanism of combination of Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine for treating ealy postoperation inflammatory bowel obstruction.Methods Seventeen cases were given anti inflammation slacken soup from gastric decompression pipe combined with anti inflammation,TPN and other medications.Results All of 17 cases were successfully cured.The bellyache catabatic time was three hours to two days.The clinical treatment time was three days to seven days(average 4.5 days).The treating time was shorter than that reported abroad.Conclusions Anti inflammation slacken soup can be used to treat eraly postoperation inflammatory bowel obstruction because of its short time,excellent effect and low expenses.
