摘 要:对丙烯酸类阻尼减震材料的原材料的选择、配方设计、工艺制度的确定进行了研究 ;利用凝胶色谱法 (GPC)测定了阻尼材料的相对分子质量及其分布 ,分析了树脂的温度 -粘度曲线和流变曲线之间的关系 ,讨论了阻尼材料组成中各单体用量对树脂粘度的影响 。A kind of polymeric anti vibration damping material(AVDM) which can be used in bridges, buildings etc.,is studied. A series of acrylic copolymers are blended with tackifiers and miscibility between the components will be investigated. The paper discusses how to choose the monomer. The effect of each monomer to the properties of the AVDM is also discussed. The best proportion of each monomer is obtained. The author also tests the physical properties of the AVDM. The molecular weight and its distribution are gotten from GPC. The effect of each monomer to the properties of the AVDM is discussed. The works give emphasizements on the temperature viscosity relationship of the AVDM. The rheological properties of AVDM are discussed.
