摘  要:大豆油脚经稀硫酸预处理得工业酸油.工业酸油用质量分数为22%的盐酸两次回流水解,水解率可达94%.水解产物经减压水蒸气蒸馏后制成精制脂肪酸,收率为70%.水解废液经减压蒸馏后可以回收质量分数为22%的盐酸,回收率为75%.The industrial crude fat was obtained by treatment of soybean lecithin with dilute H2SO4. Two-stage hydrolysis of industrial crude fat with 22% HCl in reflux temperature was carried out in a 94% total hydrolysis rat. The hydrolysis product was refined by process of reduced pressure steam distillation and refined industrial fat acid was obtained in about 70% yield. 22% HCl can be recovered from the waste water produced by the hydrolysis process by distillation under vacuum, and the recover yield was about 75%.
