摘　　要：江泽民同志关于人权问题的重要论述,包括:西方推行人权外交的实质;人权的现实性和具体性;生存权和发展权是是基本的、最重要的人权;主权是人权的前提和保障;社会进步和经济发展是实现人权的根本途径等方面,构成了社会主义人权观的基本框架,为我国的人权建设指明了方向。Comrade Jiang Zemin's important thought on human rights includes:the nature of human rights diplomacy practised by the west;the reality and specifics of human rights;the basic human rights are the right to life and the right to development;sovereign rights are the premise and guarantee of human rights;the basic ways to realize human rights are social progress and economic development .Jiang Zemin has found the basic framework for socialist human rights,and given the direction for the advance of our country's human development .
