摘  要:目的 为前方经斜坡入路提供椎基底动脉和脑干腹侧面相关显微解剖参数。方法 对 2 0具成人头颅标本 ,模拟经斜坡入路进行椎基底动脉和脑干腹侧面显微解剖观察和测量。结果 经斜坡入路可充分显露椎基底动脉和延髓、脑桥腹侧面 ,而对基底动脉末端分支和中脑的显露 ,必须上抬垂体。右侧 6例脊髓前动脉缺失(30 % )。结论 经斜坡入路可以充分显露椎基底动脉和延髓。Objective To provide microanatomic parameters of the vertebro-basilar artery complex and ventral surface of the brain stem for anterior transclival approach. Methods Twenty adult cadaveric heads fixed with formalin were used in this study. The microanatomy and measurement had been performed under microscopes by mimicking anterior transclival approach. Results The vertebro-basilar artery and ventral surface of medullary oblongata and pons were adequately exposed by transclival approach. However, with elevation of pituitary gland, basilar quardrification and midbrain came into view. There were six cases (30%) of anterior spinal artery deficits in the right side. Conclusion Adequate exposure of the vertebro-basilar artery complex and ventral surface of medullary oblongata and pons were obtainable by mimicking anterior transclival approach.
