摘　　要：目的 :探讨C_erbB_2基因蛋白在贲门癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化二步法检测 10 4例贲门癌组织中C_erbB_2基因蛋白表达情况 ,结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果 :贲门癌组织中C_erbB_2基因蛋白的表达主要定位于细胞浆及细胞膜 ,癌组织的阳性率为 5 5 8% (弱阳性 2 0 2 % ,强阳性 3 5 6% )。C_erbB_2基因蛋白过表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床PTNM分期密切相关。淋巴结转移组C_erbB_2蛋白表达强阳性率高于淋巴结无转移组 (P =0 0 1)。中低分化组及Ⅲ +Ⅳ期组C_erbB_2蛋白的表达强阳性率分别低于高分化组及Ⅰ +Ⅱ期组。结论 :C_erbB_2基因蛋白的表达水平可作为贲门癌淋巴结转移的一个生物学标志 。Objective:To study C_erbB_2 oncogene protein expression in cardiac carcinoma.Methods:The expression of C_erbB_2 oncogene protein in 104 cardiac carcinoma samples was detected by immumohistochemical two_step method and performed a retrospective analysis combined with data of clinicopathology.Results:The majority of C_erbB_2 protein staining was found in cytoplasm and cytomembrane with a positive rate of 55 8%,including a weak positive rate of 20 2% and a strong positive rate of 35 6%.Overexpression of C_erbB_2 protein was significantly correlated with differentiation of tumor, lymph node metastasis and PTNM staging.The strong positive rate of C_erbB_2 protein in the group of lymph node metastasis was higher than that of no lymph node metastasis(43 2% vs 16 7%,P=0 01).The strong positive rates of C_erbB_2 protein in the groups of moderate _low differentiation and Ⅲ+Ⅳ staging were lower than those of high_differentiation and Ⅰ+Ⅱ staging respectively.Conclusion:The expression level of C_erbB_2 protein may be a marker for lymphatic metastasis in the patients with cardiac carcinoma.It is significantly associated with differentiation degree and PTNM staging of the disease.
