摘 要:目的 了解四川省食管癌患者食管腔内的细菌学状况 ,为食管癌手术感染的预防以及食管胃吻合口愈合环境提供细菌学资料。方法 对 2 70例食管癌术前已作食管冲洗和 8例非食管疾病患者食管腔内粘液进行细菌培养。结果 2 70例食管癌经术前冲洗清洁处理 ,有 92例培养出细菌 ,占 34.0 7% ,共 12种细菌 14 0株。 8例非食管疾病患者全部培养出细菌 ,共 9种细菌。结论 食管腔内无论有无梗阻因素存在 ,均有细菌生长 ,应视为有菌环境。可能成为手术感染的来源并对吻合口的愈合产生不利影响。Objective To investigate the microbial flora in the esophageal cavity of patients with esophageal cancer(EC) in Sichuan Province so as to provide microorganism information for preventing post esophagectomy infection and gaining an understanding of the esophagogastric anastomosis healing environment.Methods Investigations were made on the microbial flora in the samples from the rinsed esophageal cavity of 270 EC patients prior to esophagectomy and in the samples from the esophageal cavity of 8 patients who had nonesophageal diseases(NED)and were in the process of gastroscopy.Results Of the 270 samples collected before esophagectomy,92(34.07%) cultivated samples gave positive results,including 12 species,140 strains of organisms,whereas all 8 cultivated samples of NED cases had positive yields.Conclusion There are varieties of microbes growing in the esophageal cavity regardless of the presence or absence of obstructive factors,so esophageal cavity should be treated as a bacterial environment that might be a source of post esophagectomy infection and might affect esophagogastric anastomosis healing.Therefore it is beneficial to rinse esophagus before the operation.
