红霉素逆转口腔鳞癌多药耐药的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　研究红霉素逆转口腔鳞癌多药耐药 (MDR)的临床疗效。方法　采用免疫组化 SP法检测口腔鳞癌 P-糖蛋白 (P- gp)表达 ,并依 P- gp表达随机分组 ,给以单纯化疗或加红霉素治疗。结果　 P- gp阳性治疗组 CR+PR 11例(73.3% ) ,P- gp阳性对照组 3例 (2 0 .0 % ) ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;P- gp阴性治疗组及对照组疗效无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　红霉素对逆转口腔鳞癌Objective To explore the reversing effect of erythromycin on multidrug resistance(MDR)in oral carcinoma.Methods The expression of P glycoprotein(P gp)was determined by immunohistochemistry.According to expression of P gp,cases were randomly divided into four groups.Each group were treated by chemotherapy or chemotheragy plus Erythromycin.Results CR+PR was significantly higher in P gp + test group(73.3%)than the P gp control group(20.0%), P <0.05.P gp - test group was no difference with P gp - control group( P >0 05).Conclusion Erythromycin is safe and effective for the reversal of MDR in oral carcinoma.
