卵巢肿瘤过继免疫治疗的试验与临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察腹腔 /全身过继免疫治疗对卵巢癌的治疗效果。方法 :对 2 2例卵巢癌患者腹腔积液中的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (TIL )在体外用小剂量重组白细胞介素 2 (r IL - 2 )诱导、扩增 ;测定其扩增前后的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD16、IL- 2 R水平、NK细胞杀伤活性。针对 (TIL/r IL- 2 )治疗前后腹腔的病理细胞、血清 CA12 5水平进行动态观察。结果 :腹腔液 TIL 培养、扩增后 ,CD8和 CD16表达、NK细胞活性显著升高 ,同时 CA12 5水平有不同程度的下降 ,部分患者腹腔液病理细胞消失。经 TIL /r IL - 2局部治疗及全身治疗后 ,腹腔液消失者占 6 8.5 % ,总有效率 81.2 % ,随访 1～ 8个月未见明显副作用。结论 :腹腔Objective:To investigate the effect of adaptive immune therapy on ovary cancer.Methods:Small doses of rIL 2 were used through in vitro for induction and proliferation to the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes of the fluid in the abdominal cavity on the 22 victims of ovary cancer,and the level of IL 2R and cell killing activity were tested before and after the proliferation.Then observation is conducted on the CA125 level of the pathological cell and serum in abdomen when they were in dynamic state before and after the therapy.Results:It turned out that activity of CD8,CD16 and NK cells was going up markedly,and at the same time the level of CA125 was going down,but to different degree in the 22 cases in question,of which,the pathological cells of the fluid in the abdominal cavity disappear 68.50% of the fluid in the abdominal cavity disappear after TIL and rIL 2 treatment on part and the whole of the body,the total effectiveness reached 81.2%.and no by effect was found in the post visit during the period of 1 to 8 months.Conclusion:Adaptive immune therapy has visible effect on the ovary cancer. [
