摘  要:目的 :研究比较p 5 3和Bcl- 2蛋白在人前列腺癌 (PCa)和癌前病变—高分级的前列腺上皮内瘤 (PIN)细胞中的表达 ,探讨PCa的分子机制。方法 :采用免疫组织化学分析 ,检测 2 3例人PCa标本和 12例高分级PIN细胞中p 5 3和Bcl - 2蛋白的表达。结果 :在 2 3例PCa标本中p 5 3和Bcl- 2蛋白的表达分别有 6例 (2 6 1% )和 5例 (2 1 7% ) ,而 12例高分级PIN标本中均有Bcl- 2的蛋白表达而无p 5 3蛋白的表达。结论 :Bcl- 2的蛋白过表达和PIN的形成有关 ,是PCa形成的早期事件 ;而p 5 3基因突变与PCa的发生有关 ,并可能是较晚期事件。Objective:To investigate the expression of p 53 and Bcl-2 proteins in human prostate carcinoma(PCa) and prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(PIN) cells and search for the mechanisms of PCa.Methods:In 12 human prostate samples with PIN and 23 human prostate samples with PCa,the expression of p 53 and Bcl-2 proteins was evaluated by using immunohistochemical analysis.Results:Out of 23 samples of PCa,the expression of p 53 protein in 6 samples(26.1%) and the expression of Bcl-2 protein in 5 samples(21.7%) were found.Positive expression of Bcl-2 protein and no p 53 expression were detected respectively in all 12 samples of PIN.Conclusion:The expression of Bcl-2 protein is associated with the development of PIN and may be the early event of tumorigenesis of PCa.The mutation of p 53 gene is also involved in the development of PCa and may be the relative late event.
