摘　　要：目的 :探讨PCNA和C -erbB - 2在大肠癌发病中的作用及其与病理分级 ,临床分期及预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法对 5 2例大肠癌组织及癌旁粘膜进行检测。结果 :PCNA和C -erbB - 2在大肠癌组织均呈高表达 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与病理分级、临床分期及预后密切相关。结论 :PCNA和C -erbB - 2在大肠癌的发生和发展过程中起重要作用 ,提示PCNA和C -erbB - 2可作为判断大肠癌预后的标记物。Objective:To investigate the roles of PCNA and C-erbB-2 proteins in the development of large intestine cancer and their relationships with pathological grade,clinic stage and prognosis.Methods:The immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of PCNA and C-erbB-2 proteins in 52 cases with large intestine cancer and normal mucosa of paracancer.Results:Overexpression of PCNA and C-erbB-2 proteins were found in large intestine cancer( P <0 05);Their expression were closely association with tumor grades,stages and prognosis respectively.Conclusion:PCNA and C-erbB-2 proteins may play important roles in the development and progression of large intestine cancer.PCNA and C-erbB-2 proteins may be valuable markers for the evaluation of large intestine cancer prognosis.
