摘　　要：D -色氨酸是一种非蛋白氨基酸 ,具有特殊的生理性质 ,在食品、饲料行业具有广泛的用途 ,特别是作为抗癌剂及免疫抑制剂的重要前体而在医药行业中有着重要的应用前景。本文综述了D -色氨酸的分布、代谢以及功能 ,并重点介绍了D -色氨酸的各种制备方法 ,为开展D -色氨酸的制备及应用研究提供了一定的依据。D-tryptophan,a non-protein amino acid, has special physiological properties.It has good prospect in the fields of food and feed additives,especially in medicine,as it could be used as an important intermediate of anticancer and immune suppressing agent.In this article, the distribution,metabolism and functions of D-tryptophan are discussed, and the methods of its preparation are also detailed.To some extent,it may give some help to the study on the preparation and application of D-tryptophan.
