摘 要:测定了莴苣花叶病毒 (LMV)浙江余杭分离物基因组全序列。此病毒分离物基因组由 10 0 80个核苷酸组成 ,具典型的马铃薯Y病毒科成员基因组结构 ,与已报道的欧洲、美国和巴西LMV核苷酸同源性为 96 7%~ 98 8% ,氨基酸同源性 97 8%~ 99 0 %。根据外壳蛋白氨基酸序列和 5′端非编码区核苷酸序列分析比较及分子进化树分析 ,可将全球LMV分为西欧 -加利福尼亚、希腊和也门 3个类群。LMV有可能起源于加利福尼亚州向西欧 ,进而向希腊和也门扩展 。Lettuce mosaic virus(LMV)has recently caused a serious viral disease on lettuce crop in Yuhang city,Zhejiang Province,China.The complete nucleotide sequence of an isolate of LMV from Yuhang was determined.The RNA genome consisted of 10080 nucleotides and its genomic organization was similar to those of Potyviridae.Comparisons of the nucleotide and predicted amino acid sequences showed this isolate had homology of 96.7%-98.8% and 97.6%-99.0% at nucleotide and amino acid levels respectively to those published sequences of LMV from Europe,America and Brazil.Phylogenetic analyses based on amino acid sequence of coat protein and nucleotide sequence of 5′-UTR indicated that LMV had three groups including Western Europe-California,Greece and Yemen.It was possible that LMV was originally from California,then spread to Western Europe,further to Greece and Yemen.LMV in China was possibly from California or Western Europe.
