摘　　要：目的　进行野生小鼠抗性基因的筛查。方法　利用由中国三北地区捕获 10地区野生小鼠中唯一经过筛选、近交驯化至F8代的野生小鼠 (TW ,TianjinWild小鼠 ) ,与肺肿瘤易发模型品系A wy小鼠进行杂交获得的F1代小鼠 (即ATF1 小鼠 ) ,进行野生小鼠抗肺肿瘤基因的筛查研究。结果　野生基因纯合的TW小鼠 ,与仅含有一半野生基因的ATF1 小鼠均具有极强的抗肺肿瘤特性。TW和ATF1 小鼠对肿瘤发生的抑制率分别是 78 33%和84 6 2 %。Objective To screen genes of lung tumor resistance from wild nice.Methods Authors got F 1 generation mice which were crossed by A/wy mice (lung tumor induced inbred strain) and the sole successfully inbred TW (Tianjin Wild) wild mice from 10 localities in the north of China.Result and conclusion Both TW mouse which carry homozygous wild genes and ATF 1 mouse with half set of wild genes showed the strong tendency of anti-lung tumor characteristics. The inhibitory rates to lung tumor were 78.33% for TW mice and 84.62% for ATF 1 mice.
