AG-08油井热洗添加剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：以脂肪酸酯为主要原料经酯化、磺化、中和等反应并复配其它助表面活性剂合成了油井热洗添加剂AG - 0 8,研究了其合成工艺 ,介绍了该剂的主要性能和相应的评价方法。室内和现场试验结果表明 :该剂洗油率大于 90 % ,防蜡率大于 6 0 % ;可有效清除油井结蜡 ,延长检泵和洗井周期 ,减少洗井水用量。This paper introduces the synthetic process of AG-08 well hot waterflushing addition agent and its main properties and detecting method.Using the aliphatic acid as main materials by esterification,sulfonate and neutralization reaction,and then adding other surfactants,AG-08 well waterflushing addition agent are made.Under the laboratory and field experiments,the results show that the AG-08 addition agent can remove the paraffin effectively and increase the internal time of detecting pump and waterflushing,decrease the water of waterflushing.
