上消化道癌肿患者及其家属SCE的调查研究

摘　　要：本文对上消化道癌肿患者及部分癌高发家族成员进行了外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换的分析,发现癌肿病人及有癌家族史的健康人和炎症患者的SCE 值都高于对照组,差异平均有高度显著性(P<0.01),并且,炎症组的SCE 值又显著地高于健康人(P<0.01)。结果提示上消化道癌肿的发病机制中可能有遗传易感性的参与;其次,SCE 检测对癌家族成员的随访可能有一定的价值。The study on SCE of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with esophagous or gastriccancer and their family is reported in this paper.The results show that the frequency of SCE oc curence is significantly higher in patients and their family than that in controls which are not ofthe families of the patients with these cancers.Also,the frequency of SCE occurrence in patientswith inflammation of these organs was significantly higher than that in healthy members.
